The physical aspect of Yoga is a form of exercise that focuses on synchronizing the breath with a sequence of postures and movements. Our experienced instructor, Ali, leads the yoga sessions providing detailed insight and correction of your yoga practice. Our classes have been designed to be small, enabling individual guidance for safer and optimal practice.
With Ali’s expertise she will be able to introduce you to yoga and incorporate movement strategies to help you enjoy the benefits of yoga. Close communication of your specific requirements will occur between your physiotherapist and Ali. All equipment and props are provided.
